Any Halloween traditions? Or fond memories :)

"My neighborhood always forces kids (or anybody trick-or-treating) to do a Halloween parade around the block before they are allowed to start getting candy."

"Every year, my family makes spiderweb cookies, which are mini pretzel sticks formed in a spiderweb shape drizzled with white chocolate, with a raisin "spider" in the middle. We've done this ever since I can remember and they are always delicious!"

"Going to Arata's Pumpkin Farm in Half Moon Bay."

"Bob."

What's your costume?

"My friends and I will be dressing up as the Care Bears!"

"My-DnD-character-inspired magical warrior."

"SPAM."

"Sans Undertale."

"Guy in black clothes and bad horror makeup."

"The little bob."

OHS student Davis Yeh ‘26 also offered his thoughts on Halloween and his plans:

What are your plans for Halloween?

"I'm gonna go trick-or-treating and host a party. We're going to play games and have fun."

Are you going to dress-up?

"Perhaps Prince Zuko but we'll see."

These next two questions are more miscellaneous: Would you spend the night in a haunted house for $500?

"Like actually haunted? Or human-made haunted?"

Like actually haunted.

"No, I would not."

Do you have a Halloween fear? Like ghosts, clowns, or running out of candy?

"Some clowns are really scary. I just don't like horror movies in general. Certain elements in horror kind of bug me."
